Recently CHINALCO held a Workshop on Human Resource Management of Newly Participating Enterprises in SWA. Heads of the Aluminum Fabrication Department and HR Department, and people from the newly participating enterprises of CHALCO attended the workshop. The workshop briefed on the outcome of the Conference on the Strategy of CHINALCO Fabrication Enterprises, communicated the speech delivered by Xiao Yaqing, CHINALCO’s Party Secretary and President, and provided professional training on human resources management.
